Note:

It is FREE to complete your application form.
CCUSA are here to give you the best advice about your application and your summer camp adventure before you pay any fees.
The fees are payable once you decide you want to commit to the program and set up your CCUSA interview.
The table below displays the fees for the Camp Counselors USA program.

First Time 2024 Camp Counselor Fees

Discounted Payment Option (Pay the Application, Acceptance & Final Installment fees together to save $50)
AU$699	Total fees, if paid before 1 January, 2024

Non-Discounted Payment Option (Pay fees separately)
AU$99	Application Fee, this fee must be paid when you submit your online application form to CCUSA.
AU$300	Acceptance Fee, the acceptance payment is due within 14 days of acceptance, 48 hours of placement/hire or by 15th March 2024, whichever comes first.
AU$350	Final Installment Fee, due within 48 hours of placement/hire at Camp Fair or by 15th March 2024, whichever comes first.

All fees are due by 15th March 2024 regardless of the date you applied or were accepted.
If you apply and pay after 15th March 2024, you will incur a non-refundable AU$100 surcharge.
You will earn ‘pocket money’ as well as a number of other great items –check out the ‘What you Get’ section for details.

These are costs to consider that are related to the program (not paid to CCUSA).

The fee to apply for the J-1 Camp Counselors Visa on Ausrtalian passport US$290 (correct as of 30 May 2023). Note: Other passport holders it is only US$185 (this is due to Australian Government charging US passport holders for similar visa)
Australian Federal Police check (Code 28) - AU$42 - but do not apply till after Jan 1, 2024
International & US Domestic Flight to camp and back (or onto another country after camp and your 30 day grace period has finished)
