Note:

  • It is FREE to complete your application form.
  • CCUSA are here to give you the best advice about your application and your summer camp adventure before you pay any fees.
  • The fees are payable once you decide you want to commit to the program and set up your CCUSA interview.
  • The table below displays the fees for the Camp Counselors USA program.
  • If you pay your application fee and acceptance fee together you can SAVE money by getting BIG discounts by certain dates (please see below for these dates).

Application Fee, This fee must be paid when you submit your online application form to CCUSA.
AU$399 Acceptance Fee, The acceptance payment is due within 14 days of acceptance and before you attend your visa appointment at the U.S. Consulate.
AU$250 Final Installment Fee, Due within 48 hours of placement, on day of the camp fair (if hired) or March 15 2019 whichever comes first.

Note:

  • All the above fees are refunded, if you are not accepted to the program.
  • All fees are due by March 15th, 2019 regardless of the date you applied or were accepted.
  • You will earn ‘pocket money’ as well as a number of other great items –check out the ‘What you Get’ section for details.

Supplemental Costs

These are costs to consider that are related to the program (not paid to CCUSA).

  • The fee to apply for the J-1 Camp Counselors Visa
  • Australian Federal Police check (Code 28)
  • International & US Domestic Flight to camp and back (or onto another country after camp and your 30 day grace period has finished)
