What You Pay
Costs
- It is FREE to complete your application form.
- CCUSA are here to give you the best advice about your application and your summer camp adventure before you pay any fees.
- The fees are payable once you decide you want to commit to the program and set up your CCUSA interview.
- If you pay your application fee and acceptance fee together you can SAVE money by getting BIG discounts by certain dates (please see below for these dates).
First Time Camp Counselor Fees

Application Fee, This fee must be paid when you submit your online application form to CCUSA. |

Acceptance Fee, The acceptance payment is due within 14 days of acceptance, within 48 hours of placement or by 15th March 2024, whichever comes first. |

Note:
- If you wish to use the Employer Specific Work Permit instead of the IEC Working Holiday Visa there will be a AU$250 visa administration fee added. The IEC visa costs approx. CA$340
- All the above fees except the application fee are refunded, if you are not accepted to the program.
- You can pay your fees online as you complete your online application or you can direct deposit the fees click here for details
- Rollover, credited, or pre-placed applicants are not eligible for the discounted payment option.
- All fees are due by 15th March 2024 regardless of the date you applied or were accepted.
- If you apply and pay after 15th March 2024, you will incur a non-refundable AU$100 surcharge.
- You will earn ‘pocket money’ as well as a number of other great items –check out the ‘What you Get’ section for details.
Supplemental Costs
These are costs to consider that are related to the program (not paid to CCUSA).
- The fee to apply for the “IEC” Work Permit
- International & US Domestic Flight to camp and back, onto another country after camp, or if you are staying in the Canada after camp.
- If you wish to use the Employer Specific Work Permit instead of the IEC Working Holiday Visa there will be an AU$250 visa administration fee
