Program Overview

The UK has long been a popular destination for Aussies doing working holidays. Each year over 30,000 Aussies take advantage of their Working Holiday Visa, their UK passport or their right of abode visa. Working in the UK opens the door for you to gain great international work experience and travel into the rest of Europe. This program offers a safe and secure way to start working in the UK!

Our program partner works with over 500 pubs throughout England including many in and around London and pubs from Sussex in the south to Yorkshire in the north. The jobs provided are for bar staff, waiting staff, cooks and chefs. Your gross weekly income will average £200.00 or more per week (after all taxes and other deductions a net income of £150 to £180) for a 39-45 hour per week. You will receive normal rostered days off which will allow you plenty of time to see the sights.

Accommodation will always be part of the job offer, normally on the premises (single and twin shared rooms, no dormitories) and many of the Breweries also include a meal a day as part of the job offer.

Travelling before you arrive in the UK?

We can work around your itinerary. If  you want to go to camp in the USA or Canada before you start work, then just let us know when you’ll be in London, and we will make sure your job is set up and ready for you. This does mean you will need to give us enough time to do this! We can also work on placing couples or two friends at the same pub!
