Animal Charity
This veterinary service assists the owners of animals who are not able to afford private veterinary services. Volunteer with a team of vets who give excellent service to animals in townships, enabling communities living way below the bread line to care for their animals. You will help out with receiving animals coming in from the 'townships', caring for the animals before and after operations, assisting with vaccinations, and helping with fundraising and normal office duties. This is an excellent opportunity for anyone who loves animals or has an interest in veterinary science.

Chimp Fun
This program is designed as a short introduction to Sanctuary Management and Chimpanzee behavior. The volunteer will be involved in preparing the chimpanzees diets, monitoring the chimpanzees (no physical contact with the chimps will take place), anti-poaching patrol of the Sanctuary fence line, assisting with sustainable tourism and Roots and Shoots projects as well as short courses on Chimpanzees, taught by qualified Chimpanzee specialists and field guides.

Go Wild Game Reserve
Be an active part in the conservation of Africa’s wilderness and wildlife, working with wild and tame animals as well as assisting with hands on conservation work. Volunteers will be exposed to all aspects of conservation from game capture and predator management to harvesting wild plants for relocation. This program will allow volunteers to help uplift the environment and create a better living area for the wildlife living on reserves.

Penguin Rescue
Exciting nature conservation opportunity, ensuring the survival of endangered seabirds (including penguins) who are victims of oil spills. This project is responsible for the rehabilitation of sick, injured, oiled and abandoned Seabirds. Volunteers will not only have the opportunity to learn about the life cycle and conservation of the endangered African Penguin, but will also work very 'hands-on' with these birds.

Save the Great White Shark
If you have always dreamed about working with the most feared apex predator, are passionate about marine life, do not mind getting your hands dirty, have an adventurous attitude - this would be the program for you! A unique opportunity to view and learn more about this fascinating predator in its natural environment, either from a boat or underwater cage. See other wildlife species, including Gannets, Whales, Seals, Dolphins and Penguins. Assist on boats and dives to view the Great White Shark while learning from the highly dedicated Shark Team about shark behavior and population dynamics.

Wild Coast Horse Rehabilitation
Are you a horse person? Then volunteer and be a part of a project that is aimed at nurturing abused horses back to health and strive to rehabilitate them so they can be ridden again. Privately owned working farm that has been doing trail rides for the past 12 years, this center rehabilitates neglected horses back to health. These horses are then used on trails to generate income to support the Center.
